Contingency Recruitment
Not every assignment warrants a Search / Headhunt. Contingency Recruitment may be effective where the client needs to draw on expert recruitment experience and where candidates need to be sourced largely from file search or limited advertising.
This method of recruitment also works well when positions have been previously filled without any undue stress, where a sufficient talent pool exists within the discipline you are targeting, specifications are not overly restrictive and time constraints to ‘fill’ the vacancy are not unrealistic.
