BEE
We have established the firm principle to encourage Black Economic Equity participation in all areas of our business, employees, recruitment, training and development, marketing, administration, IT and Procurement. We will continue to implement improvement at all levels through process.
Target Search & Selection has actively been involved in BEE initiatives for more than a decade. Our Recruitment Processes are designed to correct past discrimination and we actively and proactively recruit Black people, women and disabled people. Furthermore, we enjoy the benefits of a workforce comprising people from diverse backgrounds with diverse skills and culture. Target Search & Selection is currently a Level 4 Contributor.
